The incident report and any investigative reports, including police and school resource officer narratives, produced in relation to the shooting incident at Cesar Chavez High School on 11/29/2021 located at 3921 W Baseline Rd, Laveen Village, AZ 85339.

In the event that there are fees, I would request a waiver, as I am a member of a nonprofit media outlet and these records will be used in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I would prefer the request filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for responding to my request, the previous email that was sent to me is that the records weren't found, however I'm wondering which agency would have these records. According to this media clip, https://www.azcentral.com/story/news/local/phoenix/2021/11/30/cesar-chavez-high-school-increases-safety-measures-after-student-shot/8809221002/ the Phoenix Police Department responded to this incident on November 29, 2021 at Cesar Chavez High School at 3921 W Baseline Rd, Laveen Village, AZ 85339. Please let me know who is that right agency to reach out for a copy of an incident report on this incident.
