- officer last name
- officer middle name

- officer year of birth
- officer race
- officer sex
- officer rank
- officer badge number
- officer employee id
- years on force
- hired date
- retired or fired date
If you believe any of these fields are exempt from public disclosure we ask that you cite the specific provision.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I did not ask the department to create new records. It is unreasonable that they would not have a record of employees. Furthermore, employee information that I requested in NOT exempt from public disclosure. This denial is in bad faith. If you believe records are exempt. Please cite the exact statute as requested in the original email.
