Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:

A list of all trademarks that the City of Phoenix holds the rights to at the date this request is processed.
A list of all compensation that the City of Phoenix has received for unauthorized use of the City Bird logo from January 1, 2012 until the date this request is processed. Please include the parties that paid out this compensation, as well as the amount they paid.
A list of all cease and desist letters sent to people or businesses using the City Bird logo from January 1, 2012, until the date this request is processed. Please include the dates the letters were sent as well as the names of the parties they were sent to.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
