Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to formally request access to the bodycam footage under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) related to the arrest of Kaaliyah on October 17th

Incident Details for Footage Retrieval:
Date: October 17th
Location: Del Taco, Circleville, Ohio
Suspect: Kaaliyah,
Incident Summary: Deputies were called to Del Taco in Circleville after a report of theft. Video footage from the restaurant showed Kaaliyah accessing a safe she was not authorized to, counting cash, and taking several thousand dollars. She was later arrested and charged with theft and safecracking.

I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who responded to and interacted with Kaaliyah during this incident.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I received a request for bodycam for an incident at Del Taco in Circleville on 10-17-24.

This is not in our jurisdiction and I don't see that we went there for any reason.
