Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

We are looking for all documents related to the Piedmont contract with Sungard to purchase Sungard TRAKit permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

1. Attached is a copy of an agreement between the City of Piedmont and CRW Systems, dated May 17, 1999, for the purchase of TRAKiT software.

2. An additional agreement between the City of Piedmont and CRW Systems for purchase of an additional module of TRAKiT, approved by Council on September 19, 2011 is available as a part of a staff report on the City's web site at http://www.ci.piedmont.ca.us/html/govern/staffreports/09-19-11/crw.pdf
