Nazi Rally in Pierre

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Dakota Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

On the afternoon of June 8, social media posts show what appears to be a Nazi rally/march at the South Dakota Capitol building. See this link for a picture of the post: https://x.com/BertonMoran/status/1799558657396400409?s=19

I am requesting any documentation, requests, forms, or filings (including the Facilities Use Request application form) for this rally, submitted by or on behalf of the individuals at the rally/march.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
