Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff football game contracts, amendments, and/or cancellations for non-conference opponents for the 2024 season through the 2040 season.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

RE: Freedom of Information Act Request
This letter is in response to your request dated September 16, 2024, requesting information pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act. The letter was mailed to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Procurement Office. We note that your September 16 letter references a previous request submitted on May 29, 2024. Unfortunately, that communication was not forwarded to our office for a response.
This correspondence is the official response to your request for information pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The Arkansas FOIA only confers upon citizens of Arkansas the right to inspect and copy non-exempt public records. The Arkansas FOIA contemplates that a corporation doing business in this state is a party entitled to public information. Unfortunately, it appears that MuckRock is not registered with the Arkansas Secretary of State. Based on the information you provided, we must respectfully decline your request for these records. We regret that we are unable to afford you the right to inspect or copy the requested records.
