Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- All agency training materials for the use of Peregrine products.
- All agency manuals for the use of Peregrine products.
- All agency policies or procedures for the use of Peregrine products.
- A roster of all agency employees who have or had a Peregrine user account between 1/1/2023 and 9/29/24.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

This is a near duplicate California Public Records Act request as to what you requested on May 31, 2024 to which the City of Pittsburg Police Department responded to you with responsive records on June 14, 2024 (email attached). In addition to that response and responsive records, attached is our current City of Pittsburg Police Department employee roster. All Police Department employees have Peregrine user accounts.
