Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
1)All external correspondence regarding air quality, including email, phone, fax, or video (i.e., Google Meet/Hangouts, Zoom, etc.) between the Pittsburgh Pirates and the City of Pittsburgh Mayor's Office.
2) All external correspondence regarding air quality, including email, phone, fax, or video, between Major League Baseball (MLB) and the City of Pittsburgh Mayor's Office .
3) All external correspondence regarding air quality, including email, phone, fax, or video, between the Major League Baseball Player's Association (MLBPA) and the City of Pittsburgh Mayor's Office.
4) All internal correspondence (including email, phone, fax, or video) regarding the Pittsburgh Pirates, MLB, and MLBPA.
Between the dates 06/26/2023 and the date this request is received.
If you determine that any information qualifies for an exemption from disclosure, I ask you to note whether the exemption is discretionary and, if so, whether it is necessary in this case to exercise your discretion to withhold the information.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge and processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I also ask that our request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available (email: holler@bwd.nyc) – if not, secure file transfer, thumb drive, or CD-ROM. I am also available via phone at 718.360.6359 to discuss any questions you have about the request.
