Samuel,
Thank you for the documents you provided for the request. In your previous email, you stated these were "an initial production of documents in response to your request". Are there more documents that may complete the request? If so, can you ensure delivery of those documents as soon as possible?
Thank you again for your assistance.

Thank you for your follow-up to the Request that MuckRock submitted to the PWSA on May 26, 2019, and for which the PWSA produced 237 pages in response on August 26, 2019.
Given the time that has elapsed, and to allow the PWSA to make a good faith search for responsive records, can we set up a time this week to discuss the documents that your organization seeks and what modifications (if any) that your organization would like to make to the initial request?
Thanks a lot,
Sam

Hi Sam,
Thank you for your message! Yes, let's find a time to talk. Unfortunately, my schedule is a bit in-and-out of "the office" the next couple of weeks. Do you have time on Wed. Sept. 2 or 3 or maybe the following week?
Thanks so much,
Beryl
