Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records laws, I hereby request the following records:
Average daily population of 18-21 year olds (inclusive of 21 year olds; prior to 22nd birthday) in your custody broken down by status (pre-trial/sentenced/section 35, etc) during the month of April 2023.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment.
