Any police report or record of arrest made on or after January 1, 2019 concerning or alleging a violation of Fla. Stat. §§ 836.01, 836.02, 836.03, 836.04, 836.09, 836.11, or 836.15.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We received a request by mail asking for Any police report or record of arrest made on or after January1, 2019 concerning or alleging a violation of Fls. Stat. 836.01, 836.02, 836.03, 836.04, .09...etc.
We searched our records and we found no records.

The Polk/PCSO crime rate is 45.1% less than the Florida state crime rate. The crime rate, which is the number of crimes per 100 residents, is down 6.4% from 2020 (1.26) to 2021 (1.18). This is the lowest crime rate ever measured in PCSO's jurisdiction! Since 1997, the year we launched our proactive crime fighting model (PROCAP), the crime rate in Polk County has fallen 82%.
