Crime Data Records Request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Offense Level Data
Please provide offense level data for incidents occurring within a one-mile radius of 312 Herbert Street, Cedartown, GA, during the period of December 31, 2021, through December 31, 2024. The data should include, at a minimum, the following fields: Incident number, Occurrence date, Occurrence time, Reported date, Reported time, Offense description, UCR/NIBRS code, Other offense code/statutes (where applicable), Address (if possible, original address not aggregated to block level), Business/location name if available, Latitude, Longitude.

I request that this data be provided in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format.

2. CFS Level Data
Please provide call-for-service (CFS) data for calls within a one-mile radius of 312 Herbert Street, Cedartown, GA, during the period of December 31, 2021, through December 31, 2024. The data should include, at a minimum, the following fields: Call number, Call date, Call time, Call type (if coded, please include code definitions), Call type description (if coded, please include code definitions), Disposition (No Action Taken, Gone Upon Arrival, etc.), Address (if possible, original address not aggregated to block level), Business name (where applicable), Beat, Latitude, Longitude.

I request that this data be provided in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
