To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

On or about July 25, 2016 Cdr. Dale Schuster emailed five (5) POPD officers who drive SUV model department assigned vehicles, asking which one of them had driven their vehicle to 3580 SW Camas lane around the time of October 2015.

Please provide all responsive emails, photos, videos, audio recordings, communications, or threads related to that inquiry/ investigation. Please include all correspondence and follow-up between any and all POPD employees that refer to that incident or reporting of the incident.
I provide the following information to assist with locating the thread: The inquiry from Cmdr. Schuster would have included Officers Wofford, Brandon, Pronovost, Lynch and Jensen. The email communications would include a private citizen's email address; exonnerated1@outlook.com.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
