Please provide scheduling records including names of all officers who worked a shift or were on duty, which shift they worked, the hours of their shifts start and end times, please include late check-ins, clock-ins, tardies or late arrivals for beginning shifts and any shifts that ended earlier than scheduled end time, for the following dates:

Please see the attached response to your request for records. Please note that although under WAC 44-14-04003(5) we have no duty to create records, we have created the document titled PORT ORCHARD POLICE BADGE NUMBERS AND NAMES in order to help satisfy this request. Also, normal hours of the shifts are as follows:
D=Day Shift= 7am-3pm
S=Swing Shift=2pm-10pm
G=Grave Shift=9pm-7am
We do not keep records of exact times signed in and out. Those records are held by CENCOM.

Dear Ms. Circelli,
In looking over the data received in response to my request dated October 3, 2017, the shift data covered the days of the months requested but were the wrong year. Months and year of records received from your office were :
October 2014
June 2018
Feb 2017
Aug 2018
March 2017
The months and Years of the dates requested were:
October 2015
June 2016
August 2016
February 2017
March 2017
Both February and March are the correct years (2017) but the others are not the years requested yet they are the correct months. I do not know if this was an oversight or if you may still be processing the data for the dates.
I look forward to receiving the remaining requested documents which would include:

June 2016
August 2016

Ms. Allen,
The schedules that were attached to your response are correct. The schedule for October 2015 was mistakenly, through a typographical error, dated October 2014 instead of 2015.
Also, the schedules for June and August of 2016 are correct. If you look more closely, they are both dated 2016 and not 2018. The schedules for June and August of 2018 have not been created yet.
