Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

From January 29 to February 1, 2024, Portland Police hosted the Western States Public Order conference.

Provide all presentation materials from the conference and presented to attendees. This includes but is not limited to:
- Powerpoint or any visual slides
- Handouts
- Videos or audio files (if files are hosted elsewhere and require login in or access, please provide a copy of the material and note why the original was not available).
- Also provide any recordings of sessions, panels, presentations made by City of Portland staff.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
