Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copy of Resolution Agreement between the Portsmouth School Department and The United States Department of Justice - Office of Civil Rights that resulted from Complaint No. 01-15-1104. I fully understand and expect to receive a redacted copy, to the extent allowable under the law, to protect the identity of the Complainant.

Are there any active Office of Civil Rights investigations being undertaken at the present time with the Portsmouth School Department?

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
