Good afternoon,

I made this request on February 6, 2025, but Mr. Cobb has had a number of attorneys over the years so it is possible another attorney put in a similar request previously.

I do not know Mr. Damon Cobb's "M-Number," but Joanne Gross was the primary investigator on this case and the coordinator of the incident. Officer Godfrey and Ness were also involved in the investigation.

Please let me know if there is additional biographical information I can provide that would help you access these files.

Apologies for not getting this to you sooner. The case number for this is CT921976X, but I would also like to request the same information for the case number 00737441E5 which in the "Maryland Judiciary Case Search" there's an indication that both case numbers apply to the same charges. I think the first case number provided is the primary one though so please do let us know if you're unable to find anything related to the second one.
