Dear Mr. Sinyangwe:

I am in receipt of your request for records under the Sunshine Act. Your request asks that I compile statistics and records into a report that does not currently exist. The Sunshine Act does not require that this office create new records. As such, your request in its current form is denied.

Should you wish the records that do exist, you may resubmit your request to me specifying what records you want so that I can evaluate your new request.

Sincerely,
Kim DeClue
