Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records, reports, audits, and other documents sufficient to describe validation, accuracy, reliability, and policy compliance of Flock Safety's Raven audio detection system since the City of Racine deployed this technology. I am not requesting materials related to any other Flock Safety product.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This correspondence is being sent on behalf of the City of Racine in response to your public records request, in which you asked for the following records: All records, reports, audits, and other documents sufficient to describe validation, accuracy, reliability, and policy compliance of Flock Safety's Raven audio detection system since the City of Racine deployed this technology. I am not requesting materials related to any other Flock Safety product.

After review, the City of Racine was unable to locate any records responsive to your request. The City of Racine has not yet installed any Flock Safety Raven audio detection equipment.

To the extent that your request has been denied, this determination is subject to review by mandamus under Wis. Stat. § 19.37(1), or upon application to the Attorney General or District Attorney.
