Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All police dispatches due to Flock Safety Raven alerts between 7/23/2022 or when installed and 4/15/23. Information should include the identifying ID to match with the Flock Safety Raven alert, date/time received, description (if applicable), district/beat, and unit(s) dispatched.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

I wanted to follow up on the following Wisconsin Open Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on April 17, 2023. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.

Dear requestor,
This correspondence is being sent on behalf of the City of Racine in response to your public records request , in which you asked for the following records: All police dispatches due to Flock Safety Raven alerts between 7/23/2022 or when installed and 4/15/23. Information should include the identifying ID to match with the Flock Safety Raven alert, date/time received, description (if applicable), district/beat, and unit(s) dispatched.
After review, the City of Racine was unable to locate any records responsive to your request. During the time period requested, no Flock Safety Raven equipment was installed, accordingly, no police dispatches were due to Raven alerts.
To the extent that your request has been denied, this determination is subject to review by mandamus under Wis. Stat. § 19.37(1), or upon application to the Attorney General or District Attorney. If you have any questions or you feel that this response is incomplete, please raise these concerns by emailing publicrecords@cityofracine.org. Thank you.
