Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records containing "Black Lives Matter" (aka "BLM"), and all related protest events associated with the death of Philando Castile, including those on Interstate 94 and outside the Governor's residence between July 4th and July 20th, 2016.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Good morning.
The data request below appears to be exactly the same as a data request you sent on 5/16/18. I just want to make sure that they are, in fact, the same request.
I sent a response to the original request regarding fees. Minnesota Statute § 13.03 (link here: https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/?id=13.03) allows for us to charge the requesting person for the costs of searching for and retrieving government data. Since I do not know how much data there is regarding this subject, it's difficult to project how much this request will cost. However, as I asked in the last email, are you able to provide a dollar amount that you are willing to spend on this request?

The data request is exactly the same as the one sent on 5/16/18. However, I would like to change the dates from what I previously requested and instead narrow the search to between July 6th and July 12th. I am willing to pay $200.00 in fees regarding this request.
