We are looking for all documents related to the Rancho Cucamonga contract with Accela to purchase Accela Automation permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The City of Rancho Cucamonga received your PRA request on August 10, 2017.
The City of Rancho Cucamonga is currently researching your request. In accordance with Government Code Section 6253(c)(2), the City requires an additional 14 days from the original due date to complete this request due to the need to search for, collect, and appropriately examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records in order to comply with your request. Therefore, the City will provide its response to your PRA request on or before September 5, 2017. Of course, the City reserves the right to assert any and all exemptions from production following completion of its review of the various files.
