In April, Disney broke ground on its first "Storyliving" community in Rancho Mirage, CA.
Therefore, pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records (please limit the time frame from from 10/07/2022 to the date that this request is processed):
- Any public comment, complaints, and subsequent enforcement actions involving Disney/Storyliving by Disney
- Any and all applications and application materials submitted for the Storyliving by Disney project
- Any contracts, memorandums, or agreements between Rancho Mirage, CA and Disney regarding the Storyliving by Disney project
- Any records that Disney provided to Rancho Mirage, CA explaining, pitching, or discussing the Storyliving project. The term “records” includes emails, transcripts of testimony, minutes or notes of meetings, PowerPoint or other similar slide presentations, memoranda, reports, maps, photographs, drawings, data, tables, spreadsheets, formulas, notes, contracts, memorandums, directives, etc. — whether in an electronic or print medium, original or copy, or draft or final form.
- Any emails to or between Rancho Mirage city workers about Storyliving by Disney or mentioning "Storyliving by Disney" OR "Storyliving" — including emails from Disney employees (domain @disney.com)
I kindly ask that my request is expedited. When completing this request, please prioritize whichever records would take the least amount of time to be located and released. I would like these records in electronic format, sent via email or other digital method, and again, please release documents on a rolling basis, as they become available.

In April, Disney broke ground on its first "Storyliving" community in Rancho Mirage, CA.
Therefore, pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records (please limit the time frame from from 10/07/2022 to the date that this request is processed):
- Any public comment, complaints, and subsequent enforcement actions involving Disney/Storyliving by Disney
- Any and all applications and application materials submitted for the Storyliving by Disney project
- Any contracts, memorandums, or agreements between Rancho Mirage, CA and Disney regarding the Storyliving by Disney project
- Any records that Disney provided to Rancho Mirage, CA explaining, pitching, or discussing the Storyliving project. The term “records” includes emails, transcripts of testimony, minutes or notes of meetings, PowerPoint or other similar slide presentations, memoranda, reports, maps, photographs, drawings, data, tables, spreadsheets, formulas, notes, contracts, memorandums, directives, etc. — whether in an electronic or print medium, original or copy, or draft or final form.
- Any emails to or between Rancho Mirage city workers about Storyliving by Disney or mentioning "Storyliving by Disney" OR "Storyliving" — including emails from Disney employees (domain @disney.com)
