1. The policy manual of the police department
2. All other documents, if not included in the policy manual, that pertain to police department policies.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I am in receipt of a request made by you to the City of Redding City Manager on February 15, 2019, whereby you requested a copy of the RPD policy manual and other documents pertaining to departmental policy. I have forwarded your request to the Redding Police Department. Except as may be required to protect officer safety, our intention is to comply with your request.
We anticipate being able to provide copies of the requested documents no later than March 10, 2019. A copy charge of 25 cents per page is applicable. I will advise you of the copy charge prior to the date of disclosure.
