Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- All 911 calls made between 10:00 pm March 9, 2025 to 12:00 pm March 10, 2025 regarding the University of Nevada, Reno
- All Computer Aided Dispatch data reports between March 9, 2025 to 12:00 pm March 10, 2025 regarding the University of Nevada, Reno
- All 911 calls made between 10:00 pm March 9, 2025 to 12:00 pm March 10, 2025 regarding animals

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

The City of Reno has reviewed your request and determined that it cannot provide records in response to the request.
These records are exempt from disclosure and will not be produced based on one or more of the following exemptions:

* This case is currently under investigation and is confidential at this time. The release of records at this juncture could deny someone the right to a fair trial, jeopardize pending or anticipated criminal proceedings, reveal confidential sources or investigative techniques, and/or jeopardize law enforcement personnel. As such, the City's interest in nondisclosure clearly outweighs the public's interest in access at this time. This response satisfies the City's obligation under public records law and closes your request.
