the price of licenses for any electronic form software purchased by the City in the last five years
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good morning, I have attached the information for the fees paid out by the
City of Reno for computer maintenance contracts and software from FY 11 -
FY 15 as per your request. Unfortunately the reports truly are just the
costs with the name of the vendor paid, there is no other detail through a
simple report for commodities/items. For more detail you would need to be
very specific as to what you are looking for and any work requiring more
than 2 hours of staff time will involve a fee. Let us know if this works
for you and if not, more information as to what you are looking for. I
believe per the request that we have fulfilled the request as written.

As the City has decentralized purchasing we do not have a copy of the
agreement here. The Dept that purchased the product would as it falls well
below the City's approval level for Council or requiring a competitive
bid. I am including Deanna on this email as she is the one who made the
purchase.
Deanna, I provided Kari with the copy of the check, PO and invoice as
requested, can you provide her with the agreement for the software?
