NIL Contracts

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Records of all NIL contracts submitted by athletes enrolled in the university from the spring 2021 semester till now.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Just for further clarification on NIL contracts submitted by the university, please all documents tracking NIL deals from the spring 2021 semester onward, including itemized lists of transactions, the amounts paid to athletes in each sport, the funding source for each payment and the services required in the contracts.
