Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All police correspondence, dispatch information, body camera footage and/or police reports connected to the Oct. 14 robbery at gunpoint in front of Manzanita and Juniper Hall at around 2 a.m.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The University produces the attached dispatch record. The University has no body camera footage. Because the matter is still being investigated, the balancing test weighs in favor of keeping police reports and other documentation, if any, confidential. Donrey of Nevada v. Bradshaw, 106 Nev. 630,. 798 P.2d 144 (1990).
