Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- Copies of records for each arrest made by the University of Nevada Renos Police Department from August 1 to current.
For each arrest, please provide the following information:
- date
- time
- address
- police beat
- incident number
- crime description
- arresting officer name and number
- offender name, age, and gender
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The University has not provided 13 reports because the matters are still being investigated/prosecuted and are withheld under the balancing test of Donrey of Nevada v. Bradshaw, 106 Nev. 630,. 798 P.2d 144 (1990).
