Our email search system is keyword driven and requires specifics for us to narrow the scope of your request. After reviewing the log, you can provide our office with a list of emails you would like to receive a full copy of. This can be used to narrow the results of your request that need to be reviewed for confidential, proprietary or protected information. This option can reduce the time it takes to receive your final results.

OPTION 2:
Receive full copies of all responsive emails without narrowing my records request using the log. Depending on the number of emails discovered by your request, this could extend the delivery date because each email must be reviewed for confidential, proprietary and/or protected information.

If an option is not specified at the time of your clarification, we will proceed with OPTION 1.
