Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Inspection records from Sprague's Providence facility going back to 2005
Annual throughput for Sprague's heated tanks (separated by No. 6 fuel and asphalt) from 2015-present
Communications between Sprague and DEM regarding the 2017 notice of violation issued by the EPA and the alleged violation of the Rhode Island SIP
Communications between DEM and the EPA regarding the EPA's 2020 consent decree regarding Sprague
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
