From: Aaron Holmes

Hi Mariana, thank you for getting back to me and fulfilling my request. I'm currently having trouble with the online City of Rialto Records Center - when I try to "Track by reference number," I am redirected to the login screen. I created an account and logged in, and the same thing happened. I have not been able to access the responsive records. Can you please advise as to how I can access the records, or send them to me directly via email? Thank you.

All best,
Aaron Holmes

Hi Aaron,

Sorry for the inconvenience but I was able to look at your account and noticed that your email is saved as mailto:requests@muckrock.com

I believe that is the reason you cannot access your request. Did you want me to update it to requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com> ?

Thank you,

Mariana Garcia
