Thank you for your request.

Please provide specificity on indicators you would like to be queried in relation to “received from parents”, as our email query is not intuitive, we cannot determine which emails would be sent from a parent specifically.

Also, please provide any additional search terms that you feel are relevant to “clear backpack requirements” to ensure that the email query aligns with your expectations.

Lastly, please keep in mind that “replies to parents” may have to be individually cross-referenced “by hand” once identified, which will require additional hours of review, as again the email/electronic query is not intuitive.

From: Tom Nash

Thanks for your follow-up. An email from a parent would have to be one that contains some sort of phrase identifying the writer as a parent -- whether that means something like "as a parent" or "my child" or "my kid." Searching for the term clear backpack would hopefully pull up anyone speaking to that policy.

If there is a standard reply being sent to any such parent, please just include that response.

Thanks!
