Copies of any Professional and Commercial Photography and Video Agreements submitted for approval between 1-1-18 and 10-31-18 for the Confederate Memorial Chapel. The agreements likely would have been emailed to the email address Lillian.Dunn@vmfa.museum .
Search terms should include the names "Judy Smith" and "Barry Isenhour" as well as the terms "Judy Smith Photography" and also "Sea Raven Press".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

only address we see listed is in Massachusetts. Please clarify how you fall
into one of the categories authorized to receive documents pursuant to
Virginia Code § 2.2-3704: “citizens of the Commonwealth, representatives
