Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All emails, phone messages, letters, or other comments received mentioning the "Rumors of War" work by Kehinde Wiley between June 1, 2019 and the time this request is processed.

Born and raised and currently residing and taxpaying Virginian. The Internet also happens to make most news websites available within the Commonwealth. Let me know if you can think of a news source available online that is not visible here in Richmond.

I hope to receive documents soon. The same law you've quoted notes that I am entitled to documents within five days.

Thanks

Tom
