• the initial Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposal, or equivalent
call for contractors
• the responsive materials provided by the winning bidder

Hi,

I checked with our accountant as she is the one who has saved this information. She informed me that it is most likely just an invoice. She will not know for sure until she goes to Archives and obtains this information.

I have asked her to not make the trip to archives until I receive payment.
