Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Please provide me with the policy and/or procedures associated with the Inclusion Pre-School lottery for the calendar year 2022-2023.

What are the standards associated with the selection?
Are these standards available for review in any student or district handbooks?
Who was present during the lottery for the 2022-2023 calendar year?
How were the names cast or chosen?
How many applicants were involved in the lottery?
Who is responsible for oversight of the process?

Please omit any personal information of students that are protected under FOIA laws. This request is seeking information about the process as a whole and is not requesting information about the results of the lottery.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
