2) A copy of any incident reports relating to Amazon, including attachments and media.
3) Any emails between the city/district and Amazon employees, including attachments and media. Please limit search to between Jan 1, 2023 and the time this request is processed
4) Any grants, gifts, contracts, between this agency and Amazon
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Per the Fire Department, the City of Riverside Fire Department has found 40 incident reports related to your request. Incident reports are not subject to public disclosure. Enclosed is a spreadsheet with the data for these incidents. If you would like to request the incident reports please go to our website www.riversideca.gov/fire and find the “Request for Incident Report” under the forms and resources. The request form can be sent to prev@riversideca.gov. There is a fee of $5.35 for each report requested and private citizen information will be redacted from the reports. Additionally, please note that many of these are vehicle related accidents in the area of and may not be directly associated with Amazon, rather the Fire Department was dispatched to the vicinity of an Amazon facility. Please call (574) 339-3629 if you have any questions.

The Riverside Police Department has no responsive records pertaining to item 2.
The Clerk's Office is in the process of obtaining email results to fulfill item 3 of your request. Once email results are received, the results will be evaluated to determine whether any exemption applies. A rolling disclosure will begin no later than January 19, 2024, and will continue thereafter until all non-exempt records with or without redactions have been disclosed in accordance with the Public Records Act.
