Public records request: number of COVID-19 cases resulting from in-school transmission, 8/9/21 through 5/25/22

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documents showing the total number of positive COVID-19 cases among RUSD students and staff that were determined by contact tracing to have resulted from in-school transmission, from Aug. 9, 2021 through May 25, 2022.

Such documents may include but may not be limited to: reports, memos, spreadsheets, databases, charts, tables, infographics, slide decks, emails and other records, electronic or otherwise.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
