Undercover Boss Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting the following records regarding the production of Undercover Boss at the University of California, Riverside in the Spring of 2011.

Records Requested:

1 -- I am requesting the Contract or Memorandum of Understanding with Undercover Boss or Studio Lambert for the production of Undercover Boss at the University of California, Riverside in Spring of 2011.

2 -- I am requesting all hotel or motel bills for lodging for Timothy P. White or the Studio Lambert/Undercover Boss crew during the program. This would be all bills submitted to the University of California, Riverside for Renversement or Receipts for Payments that the University originally paid for.

3 -- I am requesting all food bills or receipts submitted for renversement from Timothy P. White. This would also include all food bills or receipts that were bought with a University Bank Account or Credit Card.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Please acknowledge receipt of this Public Records Request upon receiving it.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
