To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1 — any databases and/or spreadsheets used to track requests under the California Public Records Act
2 — the job descriptions and employee requisition forms for all agency employees tasked with handling public records requests presently and for the last 10 years from the date of this request
3 — any and all policy documents, manuals, memos and/or reports regarding the processing of public records requests

In the regard to the database requested in paragraph 1, please provide the database in its original electronic format pursuant to Cal. Gov. Code § 6253.9

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Hi Ms. Erving -- I might be missing something, but the spreadsheet is empty. Also, the request specified the original format of these records. Do you only keep them in spreadsheet form, or is this an export from the database?

Again— the spreadsheet is blank, it has only a header row. Can you please send the actual spreadsheet?

As I noted in our phone call this morning, you have misinterpreted the request. Please send the spreadsheet with the full data as soon as possible.

Which portions of the log have been redacted under Government Code Section 6254 subdivision (c)? I see no redactions whatsoever in this file.
