Good morning.
I apologize. I thought we sent this. I was off work on medical leave and I thought I took care of this before I left.
My best,

Dear Chief Pata,
Thanks for the follow up. I hope your medical issues are all resolved.
I appreciate your data but am a bit surprised that is it so abbreviated compared to the other 7 Marin department reports I’ve received which match the State RIPA Board required format. Does your small force size give you a lower reporting standard?
Best Regards,
Frank

Greetings.
I’m sorry, I don’t know what the others are sending. We do not have the same vendor for our data as others so maybe that is the problem? I will look into a better format.
I will follow up with our partner agencies and see what format they have provided.
More soon.

Greetings.
I think I have the information you requested. I appreciate your patience. We do not have software or staff to do this, and our information is not kept locally, so I had to contact our vendor and host records management agency to make this work for you.
Respectfully,
Raffaello Pata
