[Rutherford, NJ] Gavin McInnes cancellation

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Any emails, text messages, social media messages, or other communications sent to or from Mayor Frank Nunziato, Police Chief John Russo, Borough Administrator Robert Kakolewski, or Councilmember Maria Begg-Roberson between November 1, 2022 and November 11, 2022, containing any of the following terms:

a) "McInnes"
b) "Proud Boys"
c) "Cognitive Dissidents"
d) "Williams Center"

This request specifically seeks records sent, received, or held by the named officials, regardless of whether the device, system, or network on which the records were sent, received, or stored is owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by the Borough of Rutherford.

2) Any police logs, incident reports, or other records concerning the cancelled "Cognitive Dissidents" event.

3) Any police records generated between November 1, 2022 and November 11, 2022, containing any of the terms identified in Request No. 1.

4) Any communications, or records referencing communications, between the Borough of Rutherford and the Williams Center (or its representatives) concerning the "Cognitive Dissidents" event.

5) Any communications, or records referencing communications, between the Borough of Rutherford and Gavin McInnes concerning the "Cognitive Dissidents" event.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
