Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. §§ 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:

(1) Any agreements (or records regarding such agreements) between Rutherford County and Facebook regarding a process to allow Facebook to see public records requests before they are completed.
(2) All written correspondence between Rutherford County (and/or its agents) and Facebook (and/or its agents) regarding specific public records requests.

According to a recent Bloomberg article titled "Facebook Won't Hire You For Its Data Center" [1], the county has agreed to inform Facebook of any public-records requests about their datacenter and give them three days to respond. I am interested in that agreement and related correspondence, in particular.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
