Saint Paul, MN/RNC contracts re: 2008 Republican National Convention

Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:

All contracts and associated amendments and exhibits entered into between the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota and the Republican National Committee regarding the 2008 Republican National Convention.

This request is being made as part of a journalistic investigation. The requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
