Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, The Sunshine Act, and Open Records Law G. L. c. 4, § 7(26).

I request that a photo copy of the following documents be provided to me:

Copy of your surety bond for the Salem School District, Superintendent and City of Salem Mayor . A surety bond is required to take the oath of office.
Copy of the Salem School District Governing Board Members Superintendent, and City of Salem Mayor blanket bond if applicable.
Copy of the Power of Attorney for the bond company for your surety bond.
A copy of the Power of Attorney for the blank bond if applicable.
Copy of the fidelity and liability insurance policy if applicable.
A copy of their oaths of office.
I am a private citizen seeking information concerning your public official surety bond that you are required by the state of Massachusetts to obtain before swearing the oath of office.

Public Official Surety Bond requests fall under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, The Sunshine Act 5 U.S.C. § 552b, Open Records Law G. L. c. 4, § 7(26), and by law you are obligated to supply me with this information.

Please supply me with this information within the next 10 days. By state law and freedom of information act for the state of Massachusetts you are obligated to supply me with this information. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

2022, I have a previous email stating this request was closed as of March
25,2022. This email was sent on March 25,2022 to you directly. I also have
