Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all communications concerning the City of San Antonio Public Library's Enhanced Library Card program between employees of the City of San Antonio and any local, state or federal law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol. This request should not be understood to be seeking personally identifiable information of ID holders. The date range for this request is from Oct. 1, 2024, to the present.

Please include any relevant emails, memos, reports, or other forms of communication that pertain to this matter.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
