The City of San Antonio has reviewed its files and Pursuant to the Public Information Act, the City is only required to produce documents responsive to the request rather than answer a question.  However, in a effort to be transparent there were, uring the time period there were 7 doses wasted due to syringe malfunctions.  There were 24,965 total COVID-19 vaccines administered during that time period. Although the Public Information Act allows a governmental body to charge for copying documents, the enclosed is being provided to you at no charge.
Please let me know if we can be of any other assistance.
Sincerely, Jose Castro
