From: Emma Parry

Dear Linda Flores,

Thank you for providing the summary statistics on traffic stops. However, this does not fully satisfy our public records request. For our research purposes, we need access to the stop-level data itself from January 1, 2017 to February 28, 2024, where each row in the data represents an individual traffic stop, not just the aggregate summary statistics. In other words, the data that were used to generate the reports that you have linked. Please let me know you need any additional details.

Thanks,
Emma Parry
